People say the Rugrats one is a coincidence, but the 2 are way too similar. Definitely the same thing. Plus the Simpsons series, Klasky Csupo (created Rugrats), and Disney have all been affiliated with each other. Since Disney is in affiliation with Pixar, it's more likely than not.

Actually some are there, 0:51, look really closely and A113 is a shadow on the rats back (bottom left corner. 1:49 Isn't really Betty Boop, but it's a head that looks like Betty Boop's, you're right about 2:28. At 2:50 JL is there in the ring on the sticker, it is just really dark, and 3:17 is not actually an easter egg, but if you look really closely at the bottom right hand corner the incredibles sign is made up of the shadows, a dot of light, and the concrete tile. :)
