However the biggest crime there was the assault on the illegally parked driver by the clamper. The clamper clearly sees the guy standing behind his van, and he reverses in to him. That is an assault. No where in any statute book does it say being illegally parked is punishable by an assault. These guys are not law enforcement or public servants and do not have any powers to stop anyone

We paid £300, £150 for each car. £50 extra beucase they said it was over 20 mins, very unreasonable where they clearly have a large sign stating "FREE parking for Mc donalds customers"
