@sharkfrenz don't be scared! I DEFINITELY struggled with the whole identity crisis... being "known" for your dreads is insane.. it was always "oh yea that girl with dreadlocks.." I had a memorable hairstyle, therefore people didn't forget who I was but then I realized I'm still the same person. Hair doesn't make you who you are! I don't regret taking them out ever! I LOVE having my hair hair back, it rocks changin it up. I just had to change it up after 5 yrs of growin em. its nice!

@Pineapplexo surprisingly youd think so, but they really dont take too much out, and you actually notice a big difference that once theyre out, your hair gros SO much faster, so you dont even notice the length youre saving!

Ahhh, I had to brush mine out..

it was such a pain, but about 2 weeks later with tons of conditioning, I was able to get my hair softer and healthier than it was before the dreads
