One of the reasons healthcare costs are high is due to 'fee-for-service' as the man claims, but it because of malpractice attorneys and not greed that doctors perform so many 'extra' tests. The doctors/hospitals don't get that money anyway since those tests are mostly performed by 3rd party labs. The doctors order all those tests to protect themselves against malpractice.
