New system should address the "problems" of the current monetary system and do better than that, so as and today it should be flexible enough to allow the ones who want to be rich - to be rich, for this they have to know a lot, do a lot etc. And the ones who want to be just average - to be average. Etc.
With such a system - what a sense then will be to learn a lot as people do today if basically in this system any your deep knowledge costs equally with the knowledge of the yard cleaner who just needs to know how to keep broom in his hands ? I personally can't see it working world scale this way.
Idea as a whole about p2p credits is cool and Tom Greco for example says about this too. But taking 1 unit of a credit as 1 universal hour of work and making everyone's hours equal - will it really work out so i'm having 20+ years of real world experience in some deep scientific field for example getting the same as an yard cleaner who just started to work ?
