  • We are being teached of Afrika in sweden 2 so there gotta be a ++ in the edge 2 coz i like this kinda music 2 :D soo soooft (^^)

  • AT least Norway is teaching about Africa,

in America(U.S.), they don't teach you shit. Only if it's benefiting them in someway. Viva la Africa!!!!!!

    Love this song.

  • LIBERIANS ARE THE BEST!

i agree with the comment below!

LIB stand up & let's unite & move forward :)

NO HEART LiKE THE LiBERiAN HEART :)

  • LIBERIANS ARE THE BEST...

  • @graceelicious1 thanks it feels so good to be a liberian

  • lib keep going.nothing like listening to ur liberian music.

  • Liberian music on another level, very good sign. Keep the Liberian Spirit up . Thanks 4 the song.

  • I won't say that our (GIO/DAN) from Ivory coast is better..looll I 'm kidding the liberian one is good, but we're one people..borders are just imaginary lines between us..and nationality a fucking paper...(I understand every word she say/A gou man pheau ye pau)

  • Our History made a great mistake my brother/sister by saying the Dan tribe came from Ivory Coast to Liberia. I am doing History here in Norway, and the History here says that Africa was just a vast land and every African tribe

was living in its own area, but when the whitemen brought their nationalism to Africa, and started dividing the land and putting borders between the lands, that how many tribes also got divided, half left in the other country and half in the other.

  • we were basically saying the same thing

(imaginary borders I said) but I like my tribe not because I want division, but because I like my CULTURE (that is the best cultural "organization")the west african area can have, with the masks, sites, song and this beautiful language

I sometimes intervene here to say that from ivory coast, liberia or guinea,we are ONE people,we have ONE heritage to keep for future generation and for making our history be " HISTORY"

    HAPPY NEW YEAR

  • Ok brother, I guess I got you wrong, I am sorry for that, I am also from the Dan tribe, mother is Dan and father is Man. Both tribes are just the same, only differences are prononciations and some few words. Have yourself a Happy New Year. All the best wishes.

  • I love you Nimba Burr..our very own Liberian knighting-gale. Although you are older now but you still have that beautiful voice. Keep up the good work girl!

  • Thx girl, that was a good one. Keep up the good job. I think the song puts Nimba and liberia on the map.

  • who is that girl in the video is she liberian , she seems like the main one in the video besides nimba burr

  • It is an Action Item for Our Generation to put our Beloved LIB back where it once was. Lets take songs like this one and many others as sings of our potential and strive to succeed at what ever we do. She is Basically talking about a Man she once dateed. He is mis-treating her and shes streed out. " You don't know me anymore?"

  • watt da fukk iz she speakin diz your gurl courtney if u mad u could loose sum weigh fattt ass!!!!!!!!!

  • Hey Burr you are great! Keep us keeping on. Thanks for helping educate our kids about our culture.

  • hey is good music look for my video layee/lajetfami

  • Liberians forever

  • Proud to be Gio. Dan People Forever.

  • "Ikaun Dor Gboah" means (You dont know me/You dont know me any more). She's talking about a man that she brought to this country, made him somebody, brought him clothes, got him a car, washed his car, cooked for him, cleaned for him, gave him money, and now when he became somebody better he left her and doesnt want to know her anymore.

  • i'm from liberia myself and just hearing this song make me want to go back, yeah i miss my country!! very much

  • who knows wat this song means i love the beat im frm the bassa tribe

  • EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL, I hope one of these days you will win the O Channel Award, it is the african Award that are given to african musicians every year, Kora Award, is an internationally award, and etc, Lucky Dube won these awards. You sing like Branda Fassie I am happy there is someone this excellent representing LIB in the musical world at this level. ALL UR VIDEOS and MUSICS ARE IMPRESSIVE, please keep 8 up do not stop, 8 is time 4 LIB 2 be put in the musical world like other african countries

  • I ou Dor Nimba Burr. Wallop people!! Proud to be a Dan(Gio). I love ya

  • man this is not about tribe we are all liberians

  • hey yo man,a critique should not be that central minded. I mean there are some same comments about Sundaygar and that Dahai liberian musicians how they are promoting the bassas. Why don't people like you got problem of that. So try to understand bro..

  • Gontor 82 you soooo right....I am not liberian but you don't know how electrified I am ,just by listenning her singing...just because I'm gio too (from ivory coast)..I have never imagined DAN (i think =gio) could have been spoken somewhere else out of ivory coast...Now (a dor)"main dan o po kpin-no"...just beeing proud of his tribe doesn't mean hate the other...like when he said you all liberian ...doesn't mean we're not all african..life is like that everywhere since..."everyday"wont change now

  • Ikaun Dor Ghoah. Nimba Burr you just keep bringing it.wow I love it. keep it up and put Liberia on the world map.

  • nice
