Love the beats you have. I am starting to make beats of my own and all i have as of now is a demo version of fruty loops a 74 keys casio keyboard and an Akia26 mp. In your opnion what software should i start with? I was about to buy the premium Fl studio 9 but people give me mixed reviews about FL and tell me about protools. In all honesty, I'm buying an mpc 4000 in the next few days and taking my beats to the next level. Every beat you hear on this channel was made with to studio, so creating music with that program is doable. I guess it all depends on what sound you're after. I'm after the best, so the mpc is the route for me. Check out some videos on here of mpc beats and you'll quickly realize my reasoning for wanting to take that route. If your chops leave dead air, trying adding some delay and reverb to your sample so it lifts the dead chops.
