@bestamerica Whys that? My Grand Marquis has the gas on the driver side. My Thunderbird Super Coupe and Volkswagen Vanagon both have it on the passenger side. Chevy Caprices have it behind the rear license plate (which was actually really cool doesnt matter how you pull in at the pump).

I have seen a lot of Mark VIIIs with the bullet mufflers. I think it is definitely a plus to go stainless on the mufflers to keep that luxury look.

It had the mufflers removed and I placed a Dynomax Bullet in place of the resonator. Also 3.5" tips, that's it!
Very cheap combo that produces a great sound on these cars.
