  • how can they oppress that poor woman like that? sending her threatening letters and what not? they should put the guy in prison for upsetting her. (feminist logic)

  • It seemed both of the female reporters had this wry little grin on their face. It seemed they thought it was funny this father was trying to collect CS from the mother or something.

  • @Jabes1966 Are you new to fox news? That smirk is pretty constant. Anyway, I would say this video is disingenuous in the opposite direction. They are smirking because they think they have made some great point about sexism. Of course, this is all based on speculation. They only mention that the man BELIEVES he would get better treatment if he were female. Of course, the fox news "journalists" do nothing to look into whether this is actually the case.

  • part 2They take their sweet time getting around to it, and these situations often drag out for years. This isn't so much an issue for higher income people, because they just hire their own lawyers to get the ball rolling, instead of waiting for government programs to take their sweet time. You're right, the government is efficient when it wants to be. But our government doesn't have much of an interest in improving programs that gernally benefit the poor.

  • I think one of your tendencies, FJ, might be that you have a tendency to ALWAYS look at a situation through the lense of gender identity, so to speak. This isn't an issue of sex, this is an issue of class. I gather you haven't grown up amongst poor people, or you would know it's widely understood that if you're depending on the government to help you collect on child support, you shouldn't hold your breath.

  • TEMP:

"I think one of your tendencies, FJ, might be that you have a tendency to

ALWAYS look at a situation through the lense of gender identity..."

    >> And why shouldn't I, especially considering that this IS, after all, a channel

devoted to gender issues and particularly the Men's Movement?

    TEMP:

"This isn't an issue of sex, this is an issue of class."

    >> It's actually BOTH. If you're a female criminal, your vajayjay sets you free.

If you're a MALE criminal, your BIG CASH is your pass.

    --FJ

  • @FinalJusticeMovement Because when you're too attached to looking at an issue from one angle, it can limit your perspective. True, being female might benefit some poor women it ways men do not benefit, and that is indeed a valid objection. But in a situation like this, the conclusion we should be coming to is that nobody should have to wait this long to collect child support. By implying that this isn't happening to women (when it is) you're confusing the real issue, which isn't helping anyone.

  • TEMP:

"[W]hen you're too attached to looking at an issue from one angle,

    it can limit your perspective."

    >> Our perspective is NOT limited merely to the gender angle. In fact,

you and I DEFINITELY agree on the fact that government DOES NOT

work in the interests of the people, and especially the poor. However,

WE ARE addressing the gender angle because government as well as

major media and society in general REFUSE to address the gender angle

UNLESS it directly affects females. Truth!

    --FJ

  • @FinalJusticeMovement It's fine to focus on the gender angle. But unfortunately, you've come to the conclusion that this is an issue of sexism because you are blindly assuming that women do not go through the same ordeals trying to get child support as this guy, which is just blatantly false. This entire video is based off nothing more than one man's blind assumption that this doesn't happen to women. You're trying to force a gender issue that's not here.

  • TEMP:

"[Y]ou've come to the conclusion that this is an issue of sexism because

you are blindly assuming that women do not go through the same ordeals

trying to get child support as this guy, which is just blatantly false."

    >> REALLY? BLIND assumptions? Quit trying to insult my intelligence, Temp.

It's NOT going to work. Nobody's saying that women don't have problems

TRYING TO COLLECT... child support. The difference is that the law

WILL HELP them in doing so as opposed to the reverse.

    --FJ

  • @FinalJusticeMovement "Nobody's saying that women don't have problems bTRYING TO COLLECT... child support." What you said was that it would be easier for him to collect child support if he was a woman, implying that this is happening to him because he is a man. Which I'm saying doesn't make sense, since it also happens to women all the time. Women are not being any mroe adequately helped. May I remind you that this video is about COLLECTING child support.

  • TEMP:

"True, being female might benefit some poor women it ways men do not

benefit, and that is indeed a valid objection. But in a situation like this,

the conclusion we should be coming to is that nobody should have to

wait this long to collect child support."

    >> Temp... THAT GOES WITHOUT SAYING!

But simply BECAUSE that goes without saying (and why do I feel like

this is deja vu in saying this?) doesn't mean the misandry factor

should just be tossed aside and ignored. Misandry IS REAL!

    --FJ

  • TEMP:

"By implying that this isn't happening to women (when it is) you're

confusing the real issue, which isn't helping anyone."

    >> This is EXACTLY what WE have been saying in reverse in regards

to men. And so, with all your talk about how we are all in the same boat,

why don't you take this VERY same statement, replace the word "women"

with the word "men" and direct it TOWARD the government, radical

anarcho-atheist sect (feminists, homosexualists), and society at large?

    --The Final Justice

  • @FinalJusticeMovement How exactly is the government implying that men don't sometimes have difficulty collecting child support?

  • TEMP:

"How exactly is the government implying that men don't sometimes

    have difficulty collecting child support?"

    >> Where did THAT come from. The government DOESN'T CARE whether

or not men have difficulty collecting child support.

I refer you to "FJM MISANDRY NEWSWATCH #4" for a PERFECT example.

    Please watch it now.

    --The Final Justice

  • @FinalJusticeMovement "The government DOESN'T CARE whether

or not men have difficulty collecting child support. I refer you to "FJM MISANDRY NEWSWATCH #4" for a PERFECT example." I did watch it. That is not even an example of a man trying to collect child support.

  • FJM: "I refer you to "FJM MISANDRY NEWSWATCH #4" for a PERFECT example." TEMP: "I did watch it. That is not even an example of a man trying to collect child support. " >> NO... But it IS an example of yet ANOTHER MAN being FORCED TO PAY child support.. THAT HE WASN'T SUPPOSED TO PAY -- a crucial point you DELIBERATELY intended to miss. And guess what? TO THIS DAY... NO FEMALE has EVER experienced such bullcrap! Now, I DARE YOU to find anything to the contrary to prove me wrong! --FJ
  • @FinalJusticeMovement I don't know what your point is when you point me to something that isn't an example of what you're telling me it's a "perfect example of." That's why I asked. No woman has ever had to pay child support due to there being a confusion as to whether she's the actual mother or not? Well yes, that's probably true.

  • It does give me a chuckle to see how many men are crying sexism over this. For decades women have been voicing the same complaints about the difficulty in collecting child support. But now that we're looking at a male victim, NOW it's an issue.

  • Comment removed

  • TEMP: "It does give me a chuckle to see how many men are crying sexism over this." >> It gives you a chuckle because you're an entitled princess who views men and boys as sub-human non-entities, plain and simple. TEMP: "For decades women have been voicing the same complaints about the difficulty in collecting child support. But now that we're looking at a male victim, NOW it's an issue." >> DAMN RIGHT, it's an issue. Because we exist, we matter, and we count. JUSTICE FOR GLENFIELD!! --FJ
  • @FinalJusticeMovement way to intentionally side step the point. I think if you read my post again, you'll see that I'm saying that what's happening to this man is the same thing that has been happening to tons of women for decades, and still is. This is not just a man's issue. This is not happening to him because he is a man and he is a woman, because it happens to ANYONE trying to collect child support from a deadbeat parent. Did you care about that before you found a male victim?

  • TEMP: "This is not just a man's issue." >> Oh, NOW it isn't JUST a man's issue, eh? This coming from the same female who parroted (TWICE) that "this has been happening to tons of women for decades"? No, it isn't JUST a man's issue, but as this video soundly declares, child support is NOT JUST A WOMAN'S ISSUE EITHER! TEMP: "This is not happening to him because he is a man and he is a woman..." >> If that's the case.. then how do you explain THIS case and every other one LIKE it? --FJ
  • @FinalJusticeMovement it's not just a man's issue or just a woman's issue. Just because it's been happening to women for decades (as well as men, to a lesser extent) doesn't mean it was just a woman's issue. It's an issue with ineffective government. EVERYONE has trouble collecting child support from deadbeat parents, this has been well known. It would be no easiser for him if he was a woman.

  • TEMP: "It's an issue with ineffective government." >> If government WAS indeed ineffective, NO ONE would drink the Kool-Aid we've been fed for, lo, these many generations. Government IS effective... in deceiving and dividing the masses. How do you think radical feminism was able to GET so far? TEMP: "EVERYONE has trouble collecting child support from deadbeat parents, this has been well known. It would be no easier for him if he was a woman." >> You're LYING, and you KNOW it! --FJ
  • @FinalJusticeMovement I never said ALL government is ineffective, or need be. But in regards to it's role in helping people collect child support (or helping the poor in general), it's not too efficient in the US, and never has been. LOL, this doesn't happen to women? The government is normally so efficient? It's always been so easy to collect child support? Obvoiously sir, you have never been in need of government help in the US.

  • This man is raising the kids because he loves them, and needs money from his ex-wife to support his kids. He is a good man. Women on the other hand exploit children by getting pregnant in order to receive money from men. Women are the real monsters. Guys- just pump them and dump them (rubber up of course)

  • @hondacivic1992 The average child support payment in the US is around $250. That's hardly enough to put a debt in child expenses. Your idea that women are, in general, profiting off of child support is ridiculously misinformed. Among seperated couples, women are clearly shouldering much more of the burden when it comes to raising children, both financially and otherwise.

  • TEMP:

"The average child support payment in the US is around $250. That's hardly

enough to put a debt in child expenses. Your idea that women are, in general,

profiting off of child support is ridiculously misinformed."

    >> $250 is an average child support payment among the lower and middle-

class income brackets. But if the man is of means, the child support increases,

therefore making it MORE than enough for an entitled mom to feed her HABITS

(and her kids) and for the father to starve.

    -FJ

  • Did anyone hear that the "news host" was actually quoting how much the dead beat mom owed in the amount of $8400 and said that was a lot of money for 4 young kids! Wow, she just didn't get it!! But of course she( a woman )probably never had to pay for child support or much of anything especially through court! This is the whole "I am a princess" and "men should treat women well and cater to them" Bullshit enforced by the media and women magazines.

  • Google: Martha Laura Granados Immigration Prostitute

    The VAWA Immigration Loop-hole:

If you are a woman, pretend to be in love with a US citizen / Legal Resident, deceive him to marry you. As soon as you got the marriage certificate dial 211 and falsely accuse him of Domestic Violence and Rape and move to a VAWA shelter.

You will be on a fast-track for a Green-Card and US citizenship - all expenses paid for by the US tax payer and as a bonus you will be getting full social benefits.

  • Gender biased discrimination is a way of lfe at the corrupt family extort courts. They've even made a guy pay for a child that was never even born, see Steve Berraras or Phanthom Baby. I pay for a child that isnt mine and yet the scammin mammy who lost custody for over 6 years has never even been ordered to pay one dime for her child!

  • @atmdaddy Sometimes they do. However when they OWE the father, the courts and collection agencies beat around the bush with mothers and at the same time will hunt men down and take them for all they are worth. Marriage and having children in America is absolutely financial suicide for men.

  • @DeadSleepers I pay paternity fraud extortion every dam week so I make it my business and I dont know of any women who pay. What is it 1 in 10 maybe? The kid I'm paying for is a 27 yr. old mother of 7 with only custody of 3 and she collects support but she dont pay it. Her mother lost custody for 6 years never ordered to pay one dime. Paternity Fraud is 1 in 3.

  • a year after a judge ordered my ex wife to pay child support,i felt sorry 4 her and my dumm ass(me) told child support enforcement to leave her alone.with the recession i couldent keep a roof over our heads n costody of my son wound up going to her.so stupid i was!boycott single women and show them no sympathy wen they hav problems untill they change.

  • The court said she was 1 year behind yet the father has not received a dime in 3 yrs. Another case of Feminist governance. It is time to boycott Marriage, Work, Taxes, Military Duty and everything else I cant think of right now until the system of Feminist Governance collapses.

  • Gotta love how Big Sis law/govt watches out for her own. This is why I will never marry nor ever have kids.

  • @DeadSleepers Whoa, you are sadly mistaken, You dont have to be married, have sex or even the ability to reproduce to wind up paying child extort. Steve Berraras was snipped and there wasnt even a real baby= $40 grand. All any woman has to do, firends, aquaintences, whatever, is point the finger at you. Usually because the dirt bag she slept with isnt father material so she covienently selects someone with a job and bam you wind up stuck! With endless dirty tactics and cash good luck. DNA fast!

  • @atmdaddy And that's why I don't mess with single mothers..or even American women for that matter.

  • @DeadSleepers You're not comprehending Paternity Fraud here. Did you miss the part where sex is not even necessary? Nor is reproductive ability. You could be snipped, wearing a condom, and maturbate by yourself for all that matters. If a pregnant woman says your name in Court you are the daddy! They will wait to tell you until (A.) You already owe alot of money and (B) Say its too late now. This is the extent of the courruption.

  • This story doesn't surprise me. When I was 11 my mother and step-father illegally moved my brother and I down to FL (violating the divorcing agreement) and it took 2 and a half years before the state of NC decided to do anything. Why? Because the state of FL got in contact with my father, informing him that there was a child abuse case pending against my step-father and mother. Did my mother ever go to jail? Nope.

  • Woooo, look at those meth teeth.

  • awesome introduction! very well done. I'm surprised and pleased that Channel 4 is this honest. I know a guy that this happened too.

  • Oh I would love to work with you guys. You guys are doing great work

  • I'm very surprised this made it to television. I believe a lot of this is due to the MRAs finally doing the research themselves and informing their fellow man. I still don't consider this a victory. The truth still remains that child support and alimony are still two forms of legalized slavery intended to enslave men and empower women.

  • Excellent video bro, glad we networked in the past.

  • @MooGooTo0oW i know right.

  • I wonder what radical lesbian feminists would say about that, oh but I already know:

    Blame game:

    1. He's probably a rapist, maybe the woman wa the real victim!

    Shaming tactic:

    2. He has four children? How dangerous, what if he is a child molestor?

    Pure dishonesty

    3. We live in a patriarchal society, men earn more, they rule everything, so it's up to men to pay for everything

    Lies after lies after lies:

    4. All women are victims no mater what, all men are evil, that's a fact, he should pay her

  • @PerfectWoman2 That's it. That's what it boils down to, a few fabrications void of basis.

  • There for anybody else interested that video was put up in my favorites, its the 3rd video.

  • Here in California it is very simple, pay or prison. This only applies to men. My cousin married a man with a 5 year old son, she just had her own baby a year ago. She raises her step son as her own as the little boy has a meth head mom who won't even come to visit him. There is no child support being paid. The family asks my cousin what can be done? Nothing, as drug addicts only have $ for drugs. All the more reason for this woman to be in prison.

  • There is even a case where a woman stole her ex husbands sperm from a sperm bank, and raised a family from him in secret for 8 years.

Then a child got ill and she fell into debt, and she is now seeking 8 years worth of child support from the man, and family court is SUPPORTING her and are ripping into the poor guy, and she stated she has no regrets on what she done.

I can send the video of this to whoever that requests it.

  • Send it STRAIGHT TO US, SpeakOut!

    --The Final Justice

  • @FinalJusticeMovement You got it, I will send the video to you momentarily.

  • @FinalJusticeMovement I should probably put that video in my top 12, it is gut wrenching enough thats for sure.

  • That story sounds VERY FAMILIAR, by the way, SpeakOut.

I think somebody may have brought it up on A Voice for Men Radio.

    --The Final Justice

  • @ManSpeakOut After you sent the secret family vid to me I passed it on the HappyMisoginist, Paul Elam. He said he had heard of it but didn't have it and thanked me. I told him that I got in from you.

  • This is a news channel I can get into.

  • Look on the bright side, at least the local news ran the story and portrayed this father's situation in a fair and 'equitable' way. I was half expecting the female newscaster to tell him just to man up and deal with it.

  • @pdittimus This is a quantum leap in the right direction. My family has been hit twice by dead beat moms so we now have an absolute grasp of the experience of non support for children. Nothing that can be done as the D.A. won't track these women down,. They could be tracked through their SSI#'s just like men but it's not happening. BTW both of these women abandoned their children due to crystal meth habits.

  • @pdittimus I agreed, I was expecting the female newscaster would get sarcastic about it and roll her eyes.

  • THIS IS DISGUSTING.

I AM EATING MY LUNCH, AND I'M ABOUT TO PUKE.

  • Oh, and check into Thomas Ball who set himself on fire two days ago in front of the Cheshire County Family Court because of how they were bullying him. Articles up at AVfM now, but a news film on this would be great.

  • @TheHappyMisogynist

Paul, have you seen the video that we sent you yet?

    EV

  • Looking over the Thomas Ball tragedy as we speak.

Sounds like a plan. Thanks again, Paul.

    --The Final Justice

  • Excellent. Posted to AVfM. Keep them coming, I will post them all.

  • I most definitely appreciate it, Paul. And we will as much as we can.

ALSO, just to let you know, we were producing some videos in support

of AVfM and the move to disbar Mary Kellett, but got delayed to heavy

workloads and other mishaps. I'll also be contacting you in regards

to contributing production efforts to A Voice For Men Radio

(which, by the way -- the one from last week was EXCELLENT

Keep THEM coming, and give my regards to JtO)!

    --The Final Justice

  • Because the courts are byassed!

  • female hypocrisy and priviledge on display for everyone to see. Thanks FJM for posting such valuable evidence. we will build the most extensive documentation of this bullshit so nobody can say this wasnt going on when feminism destroys itself

  • @barbarossaaaa

My wife and I sent you a video to watch yesterday. Have you seen it yet?

    EV

  • Can anyone spell "Pussy Pass"?

  • Sexist shit and these double standards are rampant, make her pay! She's a parent too and she obviously makes more than him. Thanks for the post.

  • any man in Canada would be sitting in jail-no driver's licence-no job-no credit-no life

  • Here to lend my support! Im personally tired of hearing Men are terrible dads. This need 2 fight this type of conspiracy!!!

  • Send the link to my PM.

Sounds like something to look into.

    --The Final Justice

  • 0:40 I love how it says "Double Standard?" as if there is even a question about it.

  • She needs to pay up, or go to jail.... and he need to take that wedding band off.

  • Comment removed

  • if he's been supporting the kids for 3 yrs by himself, how is it that she's only a year past due?

why my baby momma took my kid and disappeared, forcing me to track her down (which took more than a year) to get visitation, i was considered "past due" for child support for the year in which she legally kidnapped my kid...

  • @knowthingman The laws have to catch up with the crime.

  • @knowthingman That's horse dung, you either shouldn't have had to pay or she should have been punished but we know women NEVER do anything wrong it's always the evil patriarchy that made them do it.

  • @Krazie316

"there is justice, and then there is just us"

this is why fair minded and equitable people support a presumption of 50/50 custody for each parent as a legal right, unless and until the father or the mother can be proven in court to be "unfit". this eliminates the needs of either parent to financially support the other, the colossal state bureauocracy to enforce such payment at a profit, and an economic incentive to ruin ones own family. this is also why the feminists oppose it.

  • lol, that's pretty bad when they tell you "just call and bother them until they cave and pay attention to your case", ridiculous. There's a lot of would be attorneys who are in college debt and would love to hear this guy's case and give him compensation. She should be sued for a flat fee and forced to pay that. She might be able to dodge child support, but not a direct court mandate.

  • @JimProfitCat A major problem with these corrupt family courts aside from the rampant corruption is that a man is seldom going to accomplish anything through these extort courts while they and attormeys will definately suck you dry and take what little you have. A mother who has lost her kids is a lost cause and the child extort collection agency is only interested in collecting CASH, not whats fair, Rights, visitattion, and equal justice isnt even a blip on the radar.

  • Very good! "No favoritism" bullshit! We already seen plenty of cases of men being thrown in jail over unpaid child support. The system just doesn't give a fuck.
