There is Asgardian set and fujin set which is level 105.

There is Terror set wich costs around 37k tokens and is level 113.

And we have shooting ubear set which is level 120.

Farming - doing quest over and over

I do the gorgoths swamp quest, the one with the dragon cats, its easy for full necros, just use undead mutant with a strong energy weapon over and over again. you get a heal before each battle, and only 3 battles, and a 1.2K gp treasure chest. 2.4K gp and 3K gp per run and it goes by pretty fast
