@armankhodaei Yes, but he only gets 15 minuets a week with her at school. I have been trying to help him learn at home, but it has been very difficult. I wanted to ask you, because I thought that it would help me to understand him better if I could speak to a person with Autism. @ashlyntorres I would try to get a lot, lot more time with the Speech Therapist at school. 15 minutes is nothing and won't go anywhere. They are robbing you and your child!
@armankhodaei Thank you arman :) I have tried and tried at the IEP meetings to get more time with her. The school just won't cooperate with me. That is why I am trying to teach him myself. I really want to help him, I just don't know how. Thanks for all your help! :)
@ashlyntorres What state do you live in? If you're in California, then I know of some services that might help. Do you have something like a Regional Center where you live. That's what we have in California, and they help get services for people with disabilities.
