Looks as if it was manifesting into a face from some ecto that moved into place just before. Looks real enough there's no light reflection in the glass nor any elsewhere.

Equipment was just set up and no one was on this floor. A tour of the building was taking place and did not reach the 3rd floor until about 8 minutes after the anomaly was captured. There were NO evp sessions conducted to this point.

Looks like a reflection to me, The upper left corner of the wall is also slightly Illuminated when the light occurs.
