Why do you care if people like the song after it's been on TV? So there first opportunity to hear it was on TV, big deal, they like it now and might actually buy an album, or download it. Does it really matter where they heard it? I'm sure the band, who was not only paid for the commercial, but has probably also seen an increase in sales, is quite happy people heard it on tv.
