@Jayohh988 Lol, i know it really does look uncomfortable, but that's why you need to be sure to buy the whole system. They have all of these comfort straps (one looks like a band aid), and it really just feels like a hand pulling it down gently. Once you start getting used to the device, you will practically forget it is on. I would wait a month or so before you start wearing it for 12 hours a day.

@Jayohh988 The best results are generally noticed after 8 hours a day for about 6 months. You will see a drastic change over the first couple of months, and then the gains come a little more slowly. In order to gain three inches you are looking at up to 12 hours a day (don't start off with that number, start lower and work your way up over time), for at least a year. Everyone is different, and you may experience gains faster or slower than this.

@JetBlaqkie Yeah I agree the DVD is not the greatest. You can adjust tension by twisting the elongation bars until you feel a gentle tug on your penis. As far as warm up, a five minute hot towel over it for both should be sufficient.

@davewalker1970 , ive only did the exercises for about 3 days only. never seen a urologist and this was months ago that i tried them and never did again after. i believe injury wasnt that bad because i can still get an easy hard erection anytime, it just caused me to lose alot of length and girth also caused very minor HFlaccid only after urinating it happens but goes away quick. @Thegiantmidget432 While I am not the most qualified to give you advice, I would think you would be ok for now. If the problem persists I would def go. I think what happened was you exercised too hard, too fast, without a proper warmup.

@noobtube65 I don't think the therapy actually works that way. The idea behind it is that it stretches the cells and causes them to regenerate, but there has to be some limit to it. I would think that after the initial gain, any further gains would be limited.
