teh first part its C# then the F# part but when he brings it back to c# those two strokes are acually played how the f# is but two frets closer to the headstock which is a E chord

I totally agree, and if you`ll play the whole thing in e-minor you can even play the lead guitar at the same time (really) if you´re tricky.
