The stadium looks quite different than the ones we have here where I live. The appearance and placement of the scoreboard and big screen is the biggest difference I noticed. Did you enjoy the baseball game? :)
I remember the last baseball game I attended, it was at a stadium called comerica park, in Detroit Michigan. I had special VIP seats, so I saw the game from a glass window. I would have preferred to sit out with the crowd though, it's much more lively and you meet a lot of nice people.
I'm a fan of Hanshin Tigers, so I watch a game at this stadium several times a year. The game of Hanshin Tigers is very exciting. I don't like a domed baseball stadium. I like watching baseball in many audience.

2009年秋以降に、球場の外周、広場、イベントスペースなどもを整備されるようです。
また、すでに甲子園のツタの一部が里帰りし、内野１塁側ショップ前などに挿し木されています。昔の甲子園のようにツタで覆われるのにはまだまだ長い時間がかかりそうです。

I like Kanemoto of the Hanshin Tigers, Ichiro of the Seattle Mariners and Matsuzaka of the Boston Red Sox.
Kanamoto is 41 years old of this year. But he has prowess as an athlete and long streak of consecutive games. I respect him as a person.

On this day, the final game of high school baseball were held.
After taking this video, I enjoyed the game.
This stadium was built on the model of Polo Grounds in 1924.
High school baseball and games of Hanshin Tigers are held at this stadium.
This stadium was remodeled recently, the roof, lighting towers and seats were changed.
