cali in the house... lol im one of your subcribers... and i wanted to know why did you add water or the mixing medium to the first color you put on for this look??? i've seen a couple of people do that but i don't really understand why??? is it just for mineral eyeshadows??? thanks for all your advice...

Just to make the pigment a little creamy...and then I add dry pigment on top...i do it so it has something to stick to. A primer would do the trick too. I just didnt want to wash out the blue. You can do it too all shadows and pigments.<3
