How come every time I look at the comments of a Rufus video, every second post makes a reference about him being gay? If I watch a Hendrix video or a Marvin Gaye video I wouldn't expect their blackness to be an issue for just about everyone, whether or not they have a problem with it or not. It's either good on you Rufus for being gay, or else who cares if he's gay. Shouldn't the main point here be the music. It's not about trying to deny his gayness, it's about being relevant to the video.

Looks and sounds like just a normal viola, except with amp attached (it's not clear enough for me to be sure, but I'm pretty sure she played a note that's too low for a violin, unless she used an alternate tuning for the strings). Plus, the tone is very viola-like - a bit too rich in the low registers for a violin.

It's not that much different, if you put the two side by side, it's just that the live version is played a little more "fun", if you want to use that word. Either way, it's still awesome!

Hey, the opening chords are just a D chord, and you alternate between playing the middle (B) string of the chord open and playing it normally as part of the chord (at the 3rd fret). If that makes sense. Then you do the same idea with an A chord, removing your middle finger to play the open string, and then playing the normal chord.

Sorry it's quite hard to explain but I hope that makes sense! I think it's just the same chords throughout the whole song.
