lol your right he was making a mockery of the system and I'm glad he did i wish he did the same with the republican party of South carolina as well because the bureaucracy and things that people do in politics make me sick. I wish he was able to run in South Carolina in either party if the people voted for him than let them if he became president than that would have been a big finger to the GOP and Dems seroiusly polarizing system

Penn wouldn't be able to run in either major party, and I don't think he'd want to. I'm glad he's on my side, though. I'm a Libertarian, myself.
