  • The white man is so handsome! Gosh, not as the song or Brian's voice, though!

  • 2 people seem to prefer the R Kelly version lol

  • They just don't make music like this anymore. Artists today don't have a quarter the talent that Brian McKnight has.

  • this is my favorite song of 1995 out a lot of quality R&B and hip hop songs that came out that year

  • dam she hot

  • This version is much smoother!

  • This is one of the best R&B songs of all time!

  • when these song came out i was gettin my first gurl friend real talk

  • Brian McKnight is not the most successful R&B singer ever but he's definitely the most talented. God in the form of an R&B singer is what he is and he can play any instrument.

  • this video is waay back..Maxine gave him her pager #...LOL..

  • Much Love "B"

  • Ditto.......Chubbyboy504.

  • BRIAN I LOVE YOU!

  • I like this one better too

  • I haven't heard this song in a long time. This song is still a good jam>

  • @Rodszone

    it sure is!

  • i can definately relate to this video, this song was able to speak for me.....

  • its a completely different message to r-kellys song the down low r-kelly refers to is something totaly different

  • 1 of my fav songs ever.....

  • this song is like 12 times better than r kellys but he had ron isley and that what made r kelly better

  • This was my JAM!!!

  • I love this song! The 90's was the best time in music!

  • IF YOU GOT A GOOD GIRL REPRESENT

  • I have been in a situation like this. Memories.

  • big tune love the 90s

  • This one came out just before R. Kelly's Down Low song, and of course Kelly's outshined his, but I like this one better.

  • @chubbyboy504

I feel like the only reason R. Kelly's was big was because Ron Isley was in the video. I like this song waaaaay more than R. Kelly's

  • Man Brian and his brother Claude Mcknight (from Take 6) look and sound like twins...strong gene!

  • I LIKE THIS JAM!

  • TURI CELAAAAAAAAA! popopopoooooop!

  • I love this song does anyone have the remix??

  • straight grown folks music! rated grown up!

  • Never lied...R&B seems to be slipping...I love hip hop but you can't always combine and exchange the two

  • Could've said it better CoB7836.

  • yep yep i feel ya

  • This is back when he was good at making fast songs.

  • this is song brings about good memories

    heavy tune!

  • I was stationed in Okinawa Japan when this was released.... loved the song then and now...krazy video...lmao we all have been there at one point in our lives....tks for posting this one......

  • NEVER put anything on tape LOL....seriously, this is a sexy jam ;)

  • Early Smooth Era right here. Grown man music here.

  • OMG!!!! I was like 6 when this song came out and it's STILL my shit! His vocals are so amazing! <3 Brian

  • This is a wicked tune 15 yrs l8r, best he's ever made. I love brian

  • the only good thing about this video is that domnique simone comes out =)

  • If he had on a black tux it would be like that one part in"like that" by mariah carey.

  • Isn't it funny that the beat sounds almost like "I'll Take Her" from Ill Al Scratch?

    Hmmm.......

  • Why not accepting comments

  • My first time seeing this video.

I love this album. To me, "I Remember YOu" is McKnight's BEST ALBUM. Pure MUSIC from beginning to end- and nowhere on this album does he seem to be trying to appeal to the Hip Hop community, which I find to be his biggest drawback- even though he's my favorite Male Vocalist.

  • It's almost a jazz CD. Many of the tracks are more smooth jazz, than r&b.

I know he's done a few more hip-hop collaboration variations of some of his songs, but I think he always kept his music within his (own) age range.

I don't think using bits of slang constitutes catering to the Hip Hop community. It comes off as sincere to me, maybe he, himself likes elements of hip hop. It's possible.

  • I could care less about him using slang And I'm not talking about this song... I love this song. In fact I love this WHOLE CD because it is PURE RnB music without any attempts to appeal to a younger, hip hop crowd- what with a lot of his songs having rappers on them. That was part of the reason why, for example, I didn't like some of his more recent albums because there were too many of what I call Rhythm and Rap songs. So-called RnB music is nothing BUT that.

  • I agree with you on today's 'so called" r&b, being more rhythm and rap (I like that:')), but I meant his music overall. He could like the elements of rap.

  • over the years his music has changed alot almost like he was conforming to societies new rap singing hip hop r&b instead of what he usually does and his album sales are not what they should be. Brian mcknight should stick to this kind of music. it suits him better.

  • yeah,he even has wayman tisdale (former nba player , now jazz guitarist)on the album . that's why i always was a b mcknight fan from his first album back in '93 ,great vocals with smooth jazz arrangements

  • IMO better than R. Kelly's "Down Low." That's not a diss to R. Kelly either, but McKnight's version is more relaxing. Mcknight is the true male king of R&B of the 90s. How many dudes can sing as good as him?

  • 4 real buddy..this track is murder! Its still gonna blow off a building in the next 20 years cuz its a bomb!

  • Back in da time to reailty of R&B...

  • lawd have mercy brian mcknight is soo fione

  • song is so funky and cool, gotta love the 90's

  • and she whisper in my e-e-EAR! she sssaaaaa.... thats my point. he riffs and runns perfectly.

  • I kno and I was actually able to mimic his riffs throughout this whole song well except the falsetto part I'm still workin on it but anyway I'm hooked to this song and I'm only 14. Gota love the 90's

  • I remeber when this came out I was young but out of all his songs, this one always stayed in my head!!?? lol

  • one of the best underated Brian M. song
