I dont want to give you the wrong idea, but did you know to not use trashbags for meat- venison? Trashbags are sprayed at the factory with something to help decomposition?
Great video but I can skin a deer way faster with just a knife and a bone saw of some sort. No need for a ball, chain \ rope or truck and the deer doesn't go flying either.
cut off the legs at the knee joints, cut from the incision to made at the brisket to gut it to the chin, cut from the pelvis to where you cut the hind legs off and then skin to where the hamstring goes into the ham. Hang it from a gambrel and pull on each flap from the hind legs, cut off the tail, keep pulling. Done.
Just curious what you guys use to process the rest of the meat? Great vid would love to see another one explaining certain meat cuts and deboning of the legs/ribs/loins.. always enjoy your guys videos good luck rest of the season
@Akers2010 This deer was all cut up into jerky except for the bactstraps so all that was used was a knife and a small slicer. We may sometime do a video showing all the cuts.
Good Video guys, I posted one last week on quartering a deer hanging from its hind quarters. Check it out. I like seeing it that way also. Keep up the good videos. Best of luck in rifle season.
Awesome how to video! Been watching all tour videos all year to get me through to hunting season. Haven't gotten any down here in Maryland yet! Love you close up archery does of last year!
@tysondimmitt Yes, All the meat is good. You usually cut the smaller peices of meat around the ribs and other places for grinding for hamburg. Everyone uses different pieces of meat differently
@RedSoxBowHunter It doesnt hurt to freeze it with the bones. We normally keep it in the fridge till the next day when we cut it up so its easier to work with.
Good shit guys. That's one of the best how to videos on YouTube
