  • Good shit guys. That's one of the best how to videos on YouTube

  • Did u eat it?

  • what kinda knife is that?

  • @brentonrules1996 Its a CUTCO

  • You guys forgot the preacher meat inside..the best cut!

  • @slizardking we got it, just forgot to show it.

  • Doesn't get any fresher than that~!

  • well done

  • ummm ... it use to be a rock and a knife... and that how grandpa did it

  • You guys got the tenderloin from inside right?

  • Great video guys, thank you!

  • Ya'll don't age the meat or you do?

  • @realtreeSwagg67 we would have let it hang but because of the warm weather we decided to cut it up right away.

  • I dont want to give you the wrong idea, but did you know to not use trashbags for meat- venison? Trashbags are sprayed at the factory with something to help decomposition?

  • @longsnipz wow, didn't know that!

  • do yall go squirrel hunting

  • Great video but I can skin a deer way faster with just a knife and a bone saw of some sort. No need for a ball, chain \ rope or truck and the deer doesn't go flying either.

cut off the legs at the knee joints, cut from the incision to made at the brisket to gut it to the chin, cut from the pelvis to where you cut the hind legs off and then skin to where the hamstring goes into the ham. Hang it from a gambrel and pull on each flap from the hind legs, cut off the tail, keep pulling. Done.

  • Just curious what you guys use to process the rest of the meat? Great vid would love to see another one explaining certain meat cuts and deboning of the legs/ribs/loins.. always enjoy your guys videos good luck rest of the season

  • @Akers2010 This deer was all cut up into jerky except for the bactstraps so all that was used was a knife and a small slicer. We may sometime do a video showing all the cuts.

  • Good Video guys, I posted one last week on quartering a deer hanging from its hind quarters. Check it out. I like seeing it that way also. Keep up the good videos. Best of luck in rifle season.

  • what kind of knife is this? I like the fully serrated blade! Great vid!

  • @MrFrosty1967 Its a Cutco Knife

  • I'm from PA too. we skin our deer with a skidloader. I might put a bid up

  • What kind of knife r y'all using and good vid

  • you did not show the tenderloins though.... and they are like the best part!!

  • How to Video ! I really like your channel and hunting videos Keep them coming ! HH !

  • your grandpa is better

  • @ReichardsTWHs haha oh Kristen

  • Ive never understood why people up north hang them by their neck. To each his own for sure just seems easier the other way. Cool how too!!

  • Tour should be your

  • Awesome how to video! Been watching all tour videos all year to get me through to hunting season. Haven't gotten any down here in Maryland yet! Love you close up archery does of last year!

  • is it snowing?

  • Did you guys get the Tenderloins on the inside of the spine? Hope ya did!! Best part!!! Love your guys channel.

  • Thanks for another great video! is there any good meat to process from the ribs?

  • @tysondimmitt Yes, All the meat is good. You usually cut the smaller peices of meat around the ribs and other places for grinding for hamburg. Everyone uses different pieces of meat differently

  • Great job fellas! I like to de-bone the hams while mine are hanging. Other than that I do it very similar. Keep up the good work!

  • 10 minutes..?

I have seen rednecks skin a deer in 2 minutes...

    Anyways thanks for the vid

  • @glasseverywhere we werent going for time. Its a how to video. Wanted things to go slow. Without the camera we would have gone quicker.

  • is it easier with a serrated knife then? or just personal preference? very nicely done and a great vid guys :)

  • @10999fox it was just the sharpest knife we had with us at the time, not really a preference

  • Awesome vid fire up the grill

  • WOW That Is Amazing!! Usually We Just Skin It All The Way Down With Knifes But Wow That Is So Much Faster. We Might Have To Start Doing That Hahah

  • I'v heard of doing it with a golfball but never knew how. Thanks.

  • less skinnin more killin :)

  • wow thats amazing!!

  • you dont leave any bones in the meat you freeze right?

  • @RedSoxBowHunter It doesnt hurt to freeze it with the bones. We normally keep it in the fridge till the next day when we cut it up so its easier to work with.
