its the swelling in post op. If u actually see what ppl go through during surgery it will explain why there noses are so swollen afterwards. It can take anywhere from a few weeks to even a year to fully see the effects.

My friend, there is so very little wrong with that nose, it is not worth the risks. That nose looks natural and balances your face.
You should see some of the true disasters that incompetent nose surgeons do, and they are far more difficult to fix.
