  • Although this is better than reading Kant himself, it's still very dry and makes me tune out. I just don't get why it's so hard to explain some of these philosophers in language that everyone can dig, make it interesting. IDK...

  • Fig Newtons...GOOD! Unga Bunga. Unga bungaaaaa! Fig Newtons...GOOD. That is my whole life's Philosophy: "What do you think of Aristotle's Ethics and the achieving of 'The Golden Mean', Mark?"

    "Fig Newtons...Good! Unga Bunga!"

  • Thanks for the informative, yet entertaining, lecture on Kant.

  • lol you're funny :))))))). thanx!

  • I really enjoy your lectures but perhaps instead just 1 screen with the lecture title on it you could make the video more visual by having the powerpoint screens show up as you talk about them

  • post the "powerpoint" you speak of. link please?

  • The fig newton part reminded me of how Newton ate food that turned into a brain, metaphorically speaking on some levels of existence, and began to develop a faculty that may or may not perceive thoughts as one perceives apples.

Silly questions I've read from different places:

Are thoughts, coupled with emotions, perhaps, "algorithms" of things?

Are thoughts self-aware, on any level?

Are they things that infect the mind?

    Or is that language?

  • Your humour is like mine. You must be a strange sort of person. Thank you for your lectures.
