  • @flyingdynomight Yeah, kinda. And also use your legs' spinning momentum to help that happen.

  • @Taekcreed Make sure that when you do it, your shoulders aren't spinning on the ground. If you watch me, my shoulders are stationary as my legs spin.

    But if you've been doing it a lot, your shoulders are just probably getting sore or a little bruised if they aren't used to it : P However, being that you are feeling it in your shoulders means that you are doing it correctly!

    If you still aren't sure, just take a video and send me a link and I'll see what you're doing right/wrong.

  • @MrTHEBEUGEL This is a recovery technique to get back onto your feet quickly, not so much for display. Your legs will have traveled 360 degrees to knock down or move back the people around you before your feet touch the ground. Making another spin will give your opponents time to react or recover or whack you with a stick, putting you at a disadvantage before you are even standing.

    u get up by using the momentum from ur leg
