I think that the fact hip hop transcends race and speaks to people multculturally is one of the key factors in the voting process. Look at the age of everyone voting and what music is now influencing america. well if u listen to Spike Lee at the roundtable discussion, u will hear him state that Hip Hop has made progress in race relations that has allowed Senator Obama to be more accepible to the younger generation.
