The speed of the helicopter will vary depending on air movement. If the air is calm, I would say that the average forward speed of the Qs8005 is close to the speed of a person that is jogging. I increases the forward thrust and speed some on my Qs8005 with a couple minor modification. The Qs8005 can easily handle a small video camera probably up to the size of a cell phone, maybe even larger, but you will need a way to mount it to isolate it from any vibrations.
When 1st learning to fly the Qs8005 helicopter, make sure that the air is very calm, have some open space in the takeoff area, make sure landing skids are not caught on anything, use a quick burst of around ½ throttle of steady power to get helicopter up a foot or two high, learn to hover and land first, (may need to re-adjust the left / right trim while hovering the helicopter so helicopter stays straight), and the helicopter will fly great.
