Quick question. I need to know how you seperate your background from your picture i have elements 10 so when i paste my photo with a black background, the pic becomes the background. So when should i paste or can i just open the photo.

(Hint) to do this effect you dont need to open a black background and you dont need to open multiple layers. With one layer is enough.
