Its because he got sharingan,that cut his chakra in half. Before Kakashi had a large amount of chakra but getting sharingan from Obito cut it in half.

he doesnt have lil chakra its just becuase hes not an uchiha, using the sharingan sucks up more chakra than it would for a real uchiha, hes still awesome, even for being able to use the sharingan

@TinyTitian Kakashi doesn't have that small amount of Chakra...he just uses too much Chakra on the Sharingan because just the Uchiha can use it without consuming a huge amount of Chakra...a normal Shinobi couldn't handle it

how would you know? they never show his true power... or any power for that matter. he is at least as strong as Jiraiya (considering they say as much) so frankly i would only count Minato and and Madara for sure at this point.
