No, this is not normal behaviour of belgian cycling fans. Sadly this is the behavior of some drunk idiots, who wait there all day till the riders pass, and drink way too much. They have no respect for the riders. All cycling fans disapprove of this behavior. Some of these idiots throw beer at the riders, they don't care at who, they think they are funny or special. They should be stopped by the control of camera's or policemen.
