@doongus Do you mean it bounces back and forth from 40 and 80, or does it just go from 40 to 80 while going fast? Because when you accelerate you're oil pump is spinning faster so at higher engine speeds you will have higher oil pressure. You want about 10 psi per 1000 rpm. Say you're at 6000 rpm you want at least 60 lbs of oil pressure. Most likely you'll be above that.

@doongus If you've cammed your car and it only has done it since the cam swap, it is possible that you pinched the seal on your oil pump.

@Jpitcher22 Cam only, stock 241 heads, stock LS6 intake. It made 381hp 369tq N/A, it is a Nitrous spec'd cam.
