If I remember correctly, you have to first click on one of the little green triangles that signal the start and stop of the animation in the event timeline. Then, in the options box on the right hand side of the screen, you have to change the collision type.

how do u reduce lag on endorphin? Im having alot of trouble doing so, for example, you do know the balcony sample scene right? When I play it, IT LAGS!!!! That super short scene LAGS!

Apparently you are having serious computer issues. I suggest running endorphin on a newer computer.
