  • I've been watching this for two years now and I have a very distinct feeling I'm responsible for at least a quarter of the views.

The last 2,5 minutes still make me giggle like a schoolgirl.

  • I bet that guy in the black smokes some wicked shit

  • Try it!!! You'll enjoy it!!!

  • I've heard singing like this coming out of haunted record players and instruments in dreams before. I love these guys for bringing it here.

  • This would be a great show to shroom to.

  • A very moving exrerience

  • You fool, you FOOL!

    You blew it.

I'll have never had as much respect for you as I had had, before this had-penned.

  • What kind of music is this? Sounds interesting but not familiar with it. It gives me goosebumps.

  • beautiful!

    08:00-till end - awesome!

  • very nice

  • very nice

  • That was funny and beautiful at the same time. I loved how his mouth quivered when the guy was playing that trumpet euphonium thingy...

  • Hij klinkt en doet precies als mijn demente overgroot oma. Voor de rest wel goed hoor.

  • i f-ing love this track, i especially love the stage interplay, when dude2 has the horn and vocalist has the accordian deal. just can say enough. primal musical channeling, ala keiji haino, with traditional swiss/sweedish or something overtones, and jazz, and just plain bizzare. much respect

  • the group is called "stimmhorn" - from german "stimme" (voice) and "horn" (wind instrument) - and consists of vocalist christian zehnder and wind player balthasar streiff. yeah, me likey too... these guys are swiss and use archaic elements of their own traditional musical background (yodeling and alphorn) with elements of other archaic music styles like didgeridoo-techniques from the aboriginals, mongolian throat-singing etc, and use them in a contemporary context. i saw them live... awesome!

  • that would have been an amazing concert to see!

  • incredible sounds !

  • Facial expressions around 08:17 make me actually believe there is a God. Priceless video. Thanks for this.

  • i really want to see Stimmhorn in concert. really good stuff.

  • yodeling alternating with throat singing must be incredibly hard.

  • Fantastique, merci à Arte de nous l'avoir fait découvrir et à vous de nous permettre d'en savourer d'avantage.
