  • Wall Pushups are great!

    You guys see how he squeezes his shoulder blades together during the extension, hes working his rhombus...the lower put of your trapezius muscles in the center of your back. He is also working his upper exterior pecs, thats how you get that fully rounded 3D chest that looks great from any angle. I also recommend doing dips, Its the best exercise for building chest..even better than bench press. Hes also workin his delts, triceps, abs glutes & hamstrings with this workout

  • @TheKilla9409 If you are using this as a warmup before training: Chest,Back,Delts,Traps then do about 25 reps. If you are using this for a regular at home type workout perform max reps. Dont forget to log your progression...its just as important as your training intensity, recovery & nutrition.
