He is also working his upper exterior pecs, thats how you get that fully rounded 3D chest that looks great from any angle. I also recommend doing dips, Its the best exercise for building chest..even better than bench press. Hes also workin his delts, triceps, abs glutes & hamstrings with this workout
@TheKilla9409 If you are using this as a warmup before training: Chest,Back,Delts,Traps then do about 25 reps. If you are using this for a regular at home type workout perform max reps. Dont forget to log your progression...its just as important as your training intensity, recovery & nutrition.
