upper body was pretty stiff so try to move it alittle more and your head and neck needs to be used more, and especially for the first routine your left arm wasnt used to much and when it was doing any thing it was dangling, so be carefull of these things, any way dont take what i said as an insult take it as a oppertunity to get better, your really good and deffinatly got a future ahead of u if you train hard, peace out
