I must say that I've an appreciation for yoga now. As a male I can say that I was a bit shy to admit interest in yoga but I see now that it takes strength and flexibility and athleticism to do what you do. I want to learn me some yoga now. Thanks ;-D
check out my SadieNardini You Tube page--I have 100 vids on there, many of which you can do and/or try and build the poses over time. You can try to get into any pose, and just work where your body stops you. Each day you'll get farther and stronger. That said, I do have videos like Core Strength for Beginners...check it out! And have fun;)xoxoSadie
brilliant just perfect! I never seen this exercise before. Most things on youtube are in double and so on..but htis exercise is very interesting! Question....How do I place my shoulder blades? I mean how do I set the? Can I move them up or should I keep them in a natural position?
Thanks a lot for your comment;) Keep the shoulderblades neutral on the back. It's not easy--they want to smash together, but keep them slightly apart and you'll have more power. Have fun with it!
It's natural light plus the studio lights are on too..they're full spectrum lights though so it's all like sun. Thanks for the nice letter!
AND FOR THE WOMAN WHO WROTE ABOUT BEGINNERS LEARNING AND WATCHING MY VIDS--THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL! I JUST REMOVED IT BY MISTAKE, SO PLEASE POST AGAIN IF YOU CAN. NAMASTE, ALL! xoxoSadie
Thank you Sadie I am going to include this asana in the next class I teach~ =^)

Totally awesome Sadie.
I'm gonna be missing your videos. I'm going to Kripalu this sunday for my monthlong 200 hour YTT. Just wish I had a laptop!
