I have to say that using Diem Ex Dei in the endng really was like the cherry on the top of the cake or something like that.

It's about doing the image you will anime after. Like doing a movie. You create the actors, the scene etc. and you anime the rest. I was doing that some time ago. If you wish I can teach you a bit :)

lol its not really the effects or choice of clips, more the details ;) example: at around 0:34, you quickly put Cloud's name under the text, but if you look above you see To Vincent, from Reeve =P and the glow effect you used somewhere in the middle, it looked a bit like cloud was fading into the background, but that could only be my imagination^^

I haven't seen something that epic for a very long time. Wow. I'm really impressed. The storytelling is phenomenal. *.* It'S really an original idea and you reflected it perfectly in the scenes. But not only that, also your timing was very well and the voice overs underlined everything in a comfortable way.
