@IMONCRACKCOCAIN nothing - the toxins you're filtering out would equalize and just hang out in the peritoneal (belly) space. Until it's removed you'd just feel like you have all the extra water in your abdomen. You could also do it non-automated and just with gravity extract the solute out.
