Please don't let the number of views fool you, you are a god in the eyes of your subs. I for one have never tried so many new recipes than the ones you have suggested here. I watch quite a few youtube cooking shows but none can replace yours. The down to earth, while still gourmet, tasty yet (sometimes) healthyish choices you give us. The diversity in every video is unparalleled to any other show. I sure hope you continue and take these words to heart from a truly appreciative fan.

@Tethmes If I had thought of the view counts too much I wouldn't have got past the first few video posts lol. I think after the first year of posting I had 100 videos posted and about 400 subscribers. I have enjoyed producing the vids. very much. Sharing recipes, ideas, my thoughts on food and I suppose a bit of kook in there, has been quite rewarding in many ways to me. A lot of great folks out there in YT land.

No doubt I am not filming and posting (have to be different you know). They can take awhile. I suppose anywhere between 4 to 10 hours. It is tricky but I do think each through before filming so as to ensure I can get them in there. I suppose a brief over-view with the facts. I think most folks pause for notes anyway regardless of the video length (if they want to try a recipe), so here I just insist on it :D
