I think season 2-6 offers english subtitles for deaf people. I've noted when I have it on they note a song title and singer/group instead of writing out the lyrics. Something like {Kansas Carry on wayward son plays} Maybe you can get your info that way. I think season 1 didn't offer that but I'm not sure.

that theme is used in many Supernatural episodes, I have another video called "Supernatural - Brothers Theme" that shows some of the uses of this theme.  the video is old, so it doesn't have some of the more recent examples, but you should be able to recognize the tune.
