I am not aware of the incident you refere to. Most of these Chiba Sensei seminars are filmed by Joe Curran Sensei of the British Birankai,

No this is not the video you refer to. Chiba Sensei when he demonstrated with the two young lads was very kind and good humoured .He made that comment as a bit of fun.I have the full video of this in my library.

Dear Drvathis, Unfortunately I am not sure how to upload dvds on this site.All I can say regarding the particular video in which Sensei made the comment is one wherein Chiba Sensei gave a great demo in which he selected the two little lads to assist in the proceedings.
