This video was first put on youtube by Mecsdgp. He posted a second video with sound this time and had a small generator link to it. If I remember well, he did is experience on the floor. He was also talking on that last video. However, his account does not exist anymore. Search for Mecsdgp and find more.
I have been researching this concept for a long time. The problem is the balance of the north poll axial (side) forces that repel the approaching magnet which causes it to not be able to spin past this point in order to be repelled into continuous motion. Magnet motors may be possible with careful design, but without you explaining anything and just showing a stupid video with flashy music...this design does not work...it defies what magnets are!

Notice how the device is on an elevated platform, and the camera zooms in. Easy to remove the external energy input drive from under the table while it's out of the screen. smoke and mirrors, hollywood tricks. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!
That's just amazing! Is that a cheat or is it really working? Cos if it does it means that there's a gap in magnetostatic theory. One more question: do you use regular magnets or are all these magnets specially magnetized?Thanks!
