a standard microphone will not capture the real sound- it sounds like a broom stick hitting a plastic bucket of sand. that is why i manufacture the sound so that it is in vz g loud- a Condor without a FrameX-Tender is loud as hell! if you have a better sound file, email it to me... Dirt E. Harry

Love the videos and the website. Just one bit of criticism, if I may sir? When doing the actual test firing, could you please leave the actual discharge noise alone. I like the 'Dirty Harry' gun sound effects at the beginning, but I think alot of people are like me and they like to hear the discharge to get an idea how loud the air rifle actually is. Just a thought, please keep up the great work!

Think of it as a car and a bus.

The car can be gong 50mp/h and hit a wall and do some damage

a bus can be going at 40mp/h and go though the damn building and into the next one

However; the car is better on gas then the bus and will travel a longer distance with less fuel.

Well actualy a higher fps rating is better, it's just that most large caliber rounds tend to be very slow those 32 grains for example are much harder for the gun to propel because they are so large, the other rounds flew out because they weighed less. Now what most airgun hunters would tell you is nice is if their was a gun that could propel those mega rounds up to 1,500 fps.

@1pete0 Only if the pellet you are using weighs more. Energy is mass x velocity. The faster it goes, the more energy it has. Say if you you shoot a light and heavy pellet at the same velocity, the heavier pellet will have more energy.

@hanzithaking There's no purpose in pushing things, the Airforce Condor harnesses the capability to take down hogs by simply using a higher power setting and a heavier pellet, around the 28 grain range. I saw several accounts of Condor users taking down hogs with well placed head shots and using the recommended information I gave you above. Anymore questions just PM

Hi there Dirt E. Harry. Can you use a normal rifle scope on a pcp or co2 air rifle? I know if you use a rifle scope on a spring rifle it will destroy it, but I am unsure with the pcp and co2 ones.

You don't mention the weight fo the PBA Gold or the caliber. Lock down your Condor and use the power wheel to dial in the groups. Weight to velocity is how it happens. Once you have the pellets going through the same hole, you will know how many shots you will get... Dirt

The lighter the pellet, the larger the groups until you get to the magic pellet which has the smallest groups and the deepest penetration. go heavier and the groups start getting larger again. Lock your Condor down and run an assortment of different weight pellets through it until you find the magic pellet. Zero your scope to that target and you are done... Dirt

With a Condor .22, 24" barrel set a full power, 28.4 grain EunJins will give you a 13mm group at 11 meters. 32 grain EunJins will git you a 5mm circle at 11 meters. A frame extender will give you a 4mm circle at 11 meters with a 28.4 EunJin.... Dirt

The "PCP" kinetic energy toy gun is unfamilar to me, so I have some problems understanding it. The 14GR has the highest fps however the 35GR made the best penetration, consequently I supposed velocity doesn't play a important role in puncture?...Correct me if I'm wrong.
