I got a pretty cheap knife, and the latch is 1 on the safe handle and 2, kinda boxy, so I can't really spin it

I had success in getting this dialed when i stopped trying to throw the handle so hard. I found success in concentrating on the rotation of the latch with my fingers. I allow the safe handle to almost just fall, i give it just a little push, then really concentrate on a nice firm rotation of the knife by twisting the latch. It seems that the twist makes the knife accel and swing right around. Once dialed, you can throw the handle faster.

to avoid cutting yourself, tape the blade up. it won't do anything to it as long as you use SCOTCH tape.

ok well if you're having trouble after a while try this. Start off holding the latch between your pointer finger and middle finger with your hand straight and flat like you're using a mouse on a computer. Hold the knife at 90deg just like in the tutorial. Now pull the knife up and it should spin properly. Play around with this a while. If it doesnt work for you, tell me
