All the weight training is great but I've seen people SNAP SOME SHIT UP with push-ups done like that - you need to run pressure through the whole arm or you can break your wrist (seen it happen)
@muhtalikah I do pretty much the same, except I also do close grip bench press. But I think skull crushers are a compound movement. They kind of bring in your chest and shoulder a little bit do.

try adding a small twist to the end of your tricep kickback, it really adds a contraction to the rest of your tricep, give it a try if you want but hey "you can do whatever the fuck you wanna do":)

@burleytrojans No not vital, i dont and im growing. Keep a log of your routine and increase the workload when it feels right. Stick to a maximum rep limit and once your hitting that on the first couple of sets, increase your weight and make yourself work! Also, mix it up, maybe do a session a week where you concentrate on light weight and a session on heavy

Just a word of advice to you guys, when i do my triceps kickbacks, I turn the dumbbell at the end so my palm is pointing up, it hits that 3rd head that is quite hard to hit with any other exercise. But its just advice fellas, u could do whatever the FUCK you wanna do!!!!!!

I have started training and im 1 month in. I do a 3 day split. When i am at my chest, tricep and shoulder day i do my flat bench press first. I am wondering why my shoulders get tired before my chest gives up? I feel like my chest can lift more than what i am lifting now. I get very sore in my shoulders the next day, but just a bit on my chest? Is this normal. Thanks and hope you reply.
@xPlayGamingHD Your from might not be perfect man. I noticed i used to feel that aswell when i first started. Try pinching your shoulders together as much as you can through the press. Try buff out your chest, and/or arch your back a bit. It smore of a powerlifting stance but does work. Just advice man. ;)

@xPlayGamingHD that's something happens to all newbies lol, ur shoulders get tired cuz they cannot handle the stress in the form of bench press. ur shoulders need to get used to the exercise then u gonna push more with ur chest. just give it time.
@xPlayGamingHD When you hit chest, you naturally hit shoulders (front deltoids). The shoulders are smaller than the chest which means they get worn out faster/easier. However, your form could be off. Putting an arch in your lower back and squeezing your shoulder blades together before you do the lift, usually fixes that issue. Also, I wouldn't do chest/triceps/shoulders on the same day bro. Chest/tris is fine but try doing shoulders on their own day along with trapezius. Hope this helps.
@xPlayGamingHD Yea, work on your form before you injure your shoulder, try going lighter and have a strict slow form until you feel it in your chest, then start the progressive overload. Enjoy the newbie gains man!

@xPlayGamingHD try and push using your chest which will be hard for you if you cant control moving ethier chest side side to side when you bench though try exploding your chest out on the push movement
@xPlayGamingHD i think you are going to low with the bar, wich puts a lot of pressure on your shoulders when it is lowered, try to keep your arms in a 90degree angle. I do them on the floor with dumbells so i won't go to far extending and i can tell you my straingth went up a lot. Hope this helps, now go out there and do whatever the f*ck you want! :-))
@xPlayGamingHD I am guessing it is your anterior(front) deltoid that is getting tired before your chest.... Your anterior deltoid is under a lot more stress than it is used to when you bench.. It is the same as your biceps getting tired when you do lat pull downs.... Eventually your anterior delts will get used to this stress and it will even out... I would suggest you stay in the 6-8 rep range to failure on shoulder press for about a month to build some strength in shoulders.
@xPlayGamingHD It could have something to the do with the way your gripping the bar, you might be gripping it too close or too wide putting stress on your shoulders
@xPlayGamingHD , try warming up your rotator cuff before you go bench. If you can hear some cracking sound too much on your shoulder, you need to step it back a little bit of bench press. You can do dumbbell press instead.
@xPlayGamingHD Thats quite normal. Either you should check your stance and grip over. Like, lower the bar to upper abdominal level not to your chest, and ofc using wider grip hits the chest more. Or it could be that your shoulders are just lacking strength. What i would do is incline press. It hits ya shoulders a lil bit too so you can gain size and strength to upper chest and front shoulders. Then get back to flat bench. But its just advice fella go out there and do w/e fuk u w d
@Jokk3asd and by the way, pull your lats and shoulders back when youre lying on the bench squeeze them to the bench while you take the bar out. That takes the shoulders out from the bench!
@xPlayGamingHD Don't go all the way down to your chest, some people may think different, but going all the way down to your chest, A. bounces the bar off, thus helping you a bit. and B. is really hard on your Rotator cuffs. thus causing your shoulders to give out before your chest.
Try taking a break from bench press and use dumbbells for a bit instead.
@xPlayGamingHD a reason for that may be because your shoulders are weaker than they should be for what your lifting for bench press. im not 100% sure, but its a possible reason.
@xPlayGamingHD the bench press is a compound exercise......if your delts are weaker than your pecs u actually dont workout your pecs as intense as u could......if this is the case do isolated workout .....e.g. military press for stronger delts and seated bench press or butterfly for pecs........
@xPlayGamingHD You're probably bench pressing with poor form. When you're lying on the bench, try to pull your shoulder blades closer together underneath you while keeping your butt firmly planted on the bench, and abs tight. This should help pull your shoulders back and put more emphasis on chest, which is what bench pressing is meant for.

@CFMusicProductions your age doesn't matter. You have to realize what weight you can lift,nobody can tell you that. Try with 30kg if you can lift it 8-12 times then use that,if you can lift it more which is common,put on more weight and if you can lift that 6-12 times use that,until you can't lift more than 12 times use that weight as standard.

@xHenry3110 it depends on how many sets you do per muscle per workout. it sounds a little bit too much in my opinion, but if you only do like 5 sets per muscle per workout I think you'll get enough rest.

@xPlayGamingHD Don't go all the way down to your chest, some people may think different, but going all the way down to your chest, A. bounces the bar off, thus helping you a bit. and B. is really hard on your Rotator cuffs. thus causing your shoulders to give out before your chest.
Try taking a break from bench press and use dumbbells for a bit instead.

@xPlayGamingHD a reason for that may be because your shoulders are weaker than they should be for what your lifting for bench press. im not 100% sure, but its a possible reason.

@xPlayGamingHD the bench press is a compound exercise......if your delts are weaker than your pecs u actually dont workout your pecs as intense as u could......if this is the case do isolated workout .....e.g. military press for stronger delts and seated bench press or butterfly for pecs........

@xPlayGamingHD You're probably bench pressing with poor form. When you're lying on the bench, try to pull your shoulder blades closer together underneath you while keeping your butt firmly planted on the bench, and abs tight. This should help pull your shoulders back and put more emphasis on chest, which is what bench pressing is meant for.

@CFMusicProductions your age doesn't matter. You have to realize what weight you can lift,nobody can tell you that. Try with 30kg if you can lift it 8-12 times then use that,if you can lift it more which is common,put on more weight and if you can lift that 6-12 times use that,until you can't lift more than 12 times use that weight as standard.

@xHenry3110 it depends on how many sets you do per muscle per workout. it sounds a little bit too much in my opinion, but if you only do like 5 sets per muscle per workout I think you'll get enough rest.
