Yeah, I've never played paintball, but I airsoft will give you little welts that'll sometimes bleed if you're up against a gun with high FPS. From what I've heard about paintball, you'd be more likely to get bruises.

IrishWarCry11 they swiched from training with paintball to airsoft a little while ago because airsoft is just way more advanced in every aspect. They just came out with a airsoft gun just for training police and armed forces. Airsoft is just way better (the couple of things paintball has over airsoft is it shows if you are hit and it hurts more). But if it pain you want come over to my house and I will shoot you in the knee cap with a REAL gun and pour salt on it and see if you like that.

Police and military paintballs are different than regular paintballs. They train with them because it is far easier to tell at a glance the casualties. If they were just being hit with bbs, no one except the hit would be able to tell who had been eliminated and who had not.

i did something like this once and it was about 25 degrees out and i have a pulse rts and it is like a metal mp5 but all metal and extendable stock it is a great gun and i used it in the snow and it has a chargebale batery its ok probably to use most guns in cold weather just try not to get snw all over it and it should be fine.

try a JG AK-47, i've had it for only two weeks, but i've already pistol whipped a guy (we were trying to have a Spec-Ops battle so we needed to be quiet, so i went Splintercell on his ass, he was fine though, he couldn't find me) with the stock and it still shoots. like mini841drifter said, you can get 'em off airsplat or hobbytron for under $200

when you become a pro and you have used your gun long enough to kno the best way to aim, reload, ect. you learn to stand still, knowing the other player wont hit you in time, for you already fired. same works for moving, if you move it makes it hard for them to get you, even if its slower than walking
