If you kill the first 2 dwarves after the Rune Colossus, and kill the Acolyte sitting on the stairs, you can start running up the stairs while dragging the Iron Honor Guard, and you should be able to pull the Ancient Rune Giants before any other dwarves are spawned. If your dipz is high enough...
