Quite nice. I never understand why Chopin put such similar works together in one opus-- of is it that the pianists who interpret the piece interpret them all similarly? Regardless, I enjoyed these.
what do you mean? the three pieces in this opus are so DIFFERENT! just look at the keys - a minor, A flat major, and then f sharp minor - the speed and mood of each one is also quite different from the others.
@GeorgeMaxwellDuPre Maybe Chopin was inspired to compose multiple pieces by one source, and is trying to make a connection between the emotions that were evoked by that one event.
