I wouldnt say emo, but theyre music deffinately became more americanized with Dark Light. Not really god or bad if you ask me, but I do like they're older stuff more (especially Razorblade Romance)

If you compare any of the work from the golden years (IE Prologue to Love Metal) to Dark Light it just doesn't fit. How they came up with that album is beyond me, but they are still far from emo. Their american fans might be mall goths but they themselves are not.
