You have a different tone than IU, but I don't think I'm in a any good position to judge, I'm not trained vocally at all.

Perhaps you should consider some voice lessons to get some support for your voice?

You have a good voice! Don't be afraid to raise your voice and even ad lib! For the low notes, you can always emphasize on a different note that suits your vocals. You don't have to whisper on the soft bits, those parts are supposed to relax your singing. Add some emotion too :)
