They neglect to tell you about the "Treatment" for these lesions,fistula's and cysts etc.I was unfortunate enough to be diagnosed with HS.I had a couple of fistulas and cysts to the rear of my perineum on the right hand side.They would excise these under general anesthetic.The impression was they would just remove the infected bit which would have been a couple of 1/2"x1/8" deep incisions.When I awoke in allot of pain I realised it was far bigger,3"x4"x over 1/2" deep! Try this product Dudu-Osun Nigerian Black Soap you just break up a bar in small pieces and wash the body. It can help make the skin super clean it helps with acne, bacteria, etc. just some advice very affordable product cleans the skin has aloe honey, some other stuff i forgot but i have been using when i dont use i get iritations
